Are you a 100% Web developer ?

Since
I’m doing my very first Ajax project in ASP.NET ( moved from winform app
to webapp ), I’ve been subscribed for internal training with my company who
provides trainining on ASP.NET Ajax Javascript stuffs etc. In which I’ve come across
the below interesting slide during first day of my training for web developers.
It iterates the importance and percentage of involvment during web development.
Until that training, I was thinking ASP.NET and C# will make my life easierHot,
but I completely agree with my trainner for this.

ASP.NET –                             30 %
Javascript & HTML –         20%
CSS –                                     10
%

ADO.NET & C#     –              40 %
=========================
Web developers-                100%Computer
========================

Must required for any
ASP.NET / Web developer. Are you 100% web developer
..? sorry I’m not yetSad.

10 Golden Lessons from Albert Einstein (via) BSCB Blog

This is one of the Albert Einstein’s 10 lessons, in which I like
the 9’th lesson specifically for no reason.

“You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have
to play better than anyone else.”
Learn the rules of your game and
start playing it best. Keep competing like your life depended on it. And after
a while you will have no ne else but you to compete against. At that point,
better your best.

One more watch, Casio Databank for this new Year

This is not a geeky stuff or geeky gadget also, but i feel
something different in this DATABANK model watches. It makes you feel geeky. Today
I gifted myself a CASIO,
Data Bank – ABX -20
. This is my second watch bought from
my money. I could still remember my first watch crush ( would be special for
anyone ) bought it in way back 1999 and interesting thing about this watch is still
WORKING after so many accidental fall & model change. I bought this new one
for 23 hundreds, cosmos mall-BLR. I simply love the hourly beep feature which
will makes you to active & get to know the timing. Its TIME to wind up…

New Year Wishes – 2008

Left hughi Blogreaders !

StarSunWishing you all a very happy & prosperous brand New Year 2008.SunStar

Its the time
to kick start our goals & resolution set in our mind. Yes and also time to
change our calendar & diary of course Disappointed ..For me, New Year is always special;
set already few resolutions for this New Year and about to go on…How
about you..? But don’t ask me about past year resolution, by default it is
been inherited to 2008 as well Sad …from this year, it is going to be a
sealed class …I mean, no more carry forwarding or inheriting resolutions
to coming year Sick
(1) ComputerTechnical front: I’ve upgraded
myself to Web Application completely after working 3 years in C# Windows App. Currently
experimenting ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript stuffs etc.My current project is ASP.NET 2.0…so I’m already involved in WEB 2.0 stuffs..
(2) MSN Messenger iconPersonal front: i was partying, 31’st night @ Hotel Bagini restaurant with Jayaveer, chandrasekar. Decided to talk
less and listen more, walking, weekend swimming and a monthly novel, savings,
helping to needy, motivational book read to keep my mind and body fit.

(3) Don't tell anyone Career front: I’m confused, with that recently completed 2 years with my current employer, on total 3 Years 3 months in .NET Technology. Having
few options left open and keeping fingers crossed. I’m always planning,
planning for certification…but no action…so at least by this year 2008
I plan to certify me in .NET. Waiting to take off with VS 2008 as well as wish
to write more code, CODE, CODE and to create re-usable component.
       Apart from this,
met my father’s close friend and mentor for me for the past few years in Bangalore,
Mr. Murugesan, working in Tyco- gifted me a diary. This is my 5’Th consecutive
diary (Year -04,05,06,07,08) from him and wish to get every year. Really he has
been motiving and supporting me in all aspects. I really grateful and fortunate
to find a mentor to drive me long way.

Year 2007, has
been wonderful for me and kind enough to meet my goals like challenging project,
rewarding work, sister got married and settled, financially disciplined and
health conscious. That’s all from my side, let me know if you’ve
blogged specifically about new year resolution
Open-mouthed
Life is beautiful!
keep enjoying and smile always.

Here is the some of the random links come cross recently, hope this would be interesting,
