Friday BDOTNET Session[6 sigma + Biztalk ] *

:: Thnkz God it was FRIDAY ::

It was HECTIC WEEK for me,But i got to for BDOTNET UG MEET @ 5’th floor-thoughtworks. Damm cool,bit late but ontime for seminar.Seminar was conducted by – as group meet. Member of this group for past one yr i guess. I never missed any grp meetings and as well as MS’s seminars,tech meets, ISV meetings etc in the city for the last 1 year. I got lot of materials, CD’s, Tea shirts from MS during this events. Really i start loving to collect and keepin myself life GEMS :).
SIX SIGMA  ————–( session I)———————

Thn, Talking abt seminar, First ( session I) was about SIX SIGMA.
He shared lot of info abt Six sigma and its features. HEre is the few main caps of semi,
    Its nothing but a statistical measure of variations. FIrst came for manufacturing company but later software company started to rule this.Among this, Motorola was the first company to acquire  SIX SIGMA for its products. In IT, GE was the first to grap this title.
    CTQ – Crtitical to quality
    DPMO – Defect per million operation
    DMAIC – Define measure Analyse Inprove control  etc.
   ITs all talking about 5 defects / Million.
   Yes :), MS guys released this accelerator for suporting and developing the six sigma products. They will assist us to acquire these six sigma i guess.. But no DEMO 😦

 MS BIZTALK SERVER ————-( session II)———————–  

Second session was about BIZTALK SERVER – No competitor other than informatica.
 Biztalk server talks with two different platforms or langauge or products thru XML. Yes, It will talks with them using XML as intermediate language.
    EAI – Enterprise Application Tool
    HAT – Health Activity Tracking
    BAMT – Business Activity montoring tool.
   => REC.PORT -> [ Adapter+pipeline+Mapping] –>>  {   ORCHESTRATION(msg box)  } ->[ Adapter+pipeline+Mapping] – > SEND PORT =>

:: handled by [Practical explanation with real examples was so good. He’s simple,well organised and gave superb session.
For more materials,

As soon as the session ends, i left to my native and brought my bike to city saturday night. It was almost 220 KM from my native. But i enjoyed driving. I drove 140 KM without break, thn near K’giri i took 15 min break. In all the way,i drove avg speed of 65-70 KM.
